Mark Richard Westcott is an experienced attorney with 39 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, and a lifelong understanding of the importance of doing business with integrity.
Educated at Bishops and the University of Cape Town, where he obtained his BA LLB, Mark has spent his career working on complex commercial matters and helping clients navigate important financial decisions.
Between 2000 and 2006, Mark also ran a private equity company in partnership with Rand Merchant Bank, giving him valuable experience in business, investment and the commercial realities behind major transactions.
His property experience is personal as well as professional. Mark has bought and sold numerous properties for his own account, including two blocks of flats and a shopping centre.
